Free shipping for all Malaysia orders above RM150.

1. Why do I have to register to shop?
Registering with IRISACOSMETICS helps to speed up the ordering process, as billing and shipping addresses are saved in your account. It allows you to view your current and past order, payment and order status.

2. Where do you deliver to?
We ship to both Peninsular and East Malaysia. We currently do not provide global shipping – coming soon!

3. How much does shipping cost?
We use EasyParcel courier service RM8 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia* (subjected to confirmation).

4. After placing my order, how will I know when my order is shipped?
We usually take 3-5 working days to process the order. We will send you a tracking number once it has been sent.

5. When will I receive my order?
Packages will usually arrive in 2-5 working days. Kindly send us an email together with your order number to hello@irisacosmetics.com if packages do not arrive after 5 working days.

6. Items received is damaged/incorrect/missing
Please let us know immediately via email at hello@irisacosmetics.com with your order ID and we will sort it for you within 48 hours. You need to provide us the following:
-picture of the item received
-return the incorrect item and we will replace with the correct order
– If the item is out of stock, we will refund you via coupon code or store credit.

7. What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery for the products?
No, all transactions are online.

9. What are your payment methods?
-Direct Bank Transfer (Once you have placed your order, you can either make payment via your online banking or via CDM. You then have to email us the proof of payment before we proceed with your order)
-senangPay (senangPay is an Online Payment Gateway that accepts payments for online transaction, through credit/debit card or Internet Banking (FPX)
-Paypal

10. Can I change the shipping details after purchasing my products?
Once orders have been processed, we are unable to change the shipping details. So please ensure you enter the correct details.

11. After making a purchase, is it possible to cancel my order?
All purchases are final and once processed we will not be able to cancel your order.

12. I’ve purchased the wrong shade. Can I exchange?
We’re sorry but all sales are final and strictly no exchanges

13. Do you test your products on animals?
Our products are not tested on animals. IRISACOSMETICS is proudly Cruelty Free and Vegan

14. Will the color look the same on all skin types?
No, the color varies on every person as it has to do with skin color and the undertone of the lips.
